To make your stay in our hotel as pleasant as possible, we ask for your cooperation in respecting the following rules:

  1. The price per night in the room includes bed and breakfast. If you would like additional amenities and services that are charged additionally, please contact the Hotel reception. An additional bed is charged.
  2. Check-in at the Hotel is from 15:00 - 23:00 h. If the Guest does not check in by 23:00 h, it will be considered that he/she has cancelled the reservation and that he/she is a no-show. In exceptional cases, with prior notice, the guest may check in after 23:00 h. According to the law, guests are required to present personal identification documents when checking in at the Hotel for the purposes of registration and archiving data. The aforementioned documents will be scanned and returned to the guest.
  3. The Guest agrees and consents to Diamond Hotel processing his/her personal data for the purpose of registering as a guest of the Hotel.
  4. Check-out from the Hotel is mandatory by 11:00 a.m. Please inform the Hotel reception if you wish to keep your room after this time. If the room is available, it will be charged at the regular rate.
  5. Breakfast is served every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The buffet breakfast is served on the ground floor of the hotel and is included in the price of the night, while for people who are not hotel guests it costs 15 €.
  6. Consumption of minibar products is charged according to the attached price list. Please report your minibar consumption at the reception when paying. The minibar is filled daily.
  7. A child up to 6 years old can share a room at no additional cost, sleeping in the parents' bed. A cot for a child up to 3 years old is available upon request.
  8. All rooms are equipped with a “PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the door. By placing the “PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the door, the Hotel staff is warned not to knock or enter the room for any reason. When the “CLEAN UP MY ROOM” sign is placed, the room will be cleaned.
  9. Please store your valuables, money and documents in the room safe with a personal code that you can create according to the instructions on the safe, otherwise, in the event of their possible disappearance, the Hotel will not assume responsibility.
  10. Pets are not allowed at the Diamond Hotel.
  11. Parking is available and free for all hotel guests.
  12. According to the Law on Restricting the Use of Tobacco Products, smoking is not permitted in all public and indoor areas of the Hotel. Violation of the above will result in a fine of 100 €.
  13. Visits to the room are not allowed. Please use the lobby bar on the ground floor of the hotel for socializing.
  14. It is prohibited to bring weapons, explosives, flammable objects and materials or other dangerous chemicals or dangerous objects into the Hotel's premises and rooms.
  15. In the event of a fire, we ask Hotel guests to follow the instructions on the evacuation plan posted on the wall next to the room's front door.
  16. Please keep the inventory and other equipment in the room. Any intentional damage caused during your stay will be charged to your account.
  17. We kindly ask our guests to report any complaints directly to the Hotel Reception in the Complaints Book. We do not accept any subsequent complaints.
  18. Please be kind and do not disturb other guests by making noise, especially during the quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  19. When you leave, please double-check if you have forgotten anything. We keep forgotten items for 3 months, after which we will proceed according to regulations.
